Katherine (Kat) Niu is a rising sophomore at Cornell University who is majoring in Psychology. She is passionate about mental health recovery, and she hopes to discover how people can learn to best thrive despite their toughest mental struggles. She also wishes to dive deeper into less-explored topics within the field, such as existential depression and positive psychology.

In her free time, Kat enjoys running, playing volleyball, cooking, and exploring coffee shops.
